02 — Platform
Operating, payroll, tax and reserve accounts roll up across 11 currencies — converted at the mid-market rate, refreshed on every settlement.
Inflows and outflows by week, with runway projected from the last 90 days of actuals — not last quarter’s board deck.
Issue virtual cards in seconds. Lock each one to a vendor, a category or a monthly ceiling, and freeze it from Slack.
Every wire over $50,000 routes for dual approval with a hardware key. Everything else clears same-day on ACH, RTP or SWIFT.
03 — Capabilities
Unlimited operating and sub-accounts per entity, each with its own routing details and statements.
Physical and virtual cards with limits per merchant, category, team or geography — enforced at authorization.
ACH, RTP, FedNow, SEPA, Faster Payments and SWIFT from one form. FX at mid-market plus 0.25%.
Sweep idle cash into US T-bills and government money-market funds daily, with same-day liquidity back to operating.
Policies written once, enforced everywhere: approval chains by amount, receipts required over $75, auto-freeze on anomalies.
A double-entry ledger your auditor can read. Pushes coded transactions to NetSuite, Xero or QuickBooks every hour.
