Remote cache now shards by package graph

Cache keys used to hash the whole lockfile, so bumping one dev dependency invalidated every package. Keys are now scoped to each package's resolved subgraph. On our own monorepo (312 packages) median CI time went from 11m 40s to 3m 05s.

Quieter logs, louder failures

Successful tasks now collapse to one line. Failed tasks print their full output, the exact command, and the cache key that missed, so you can rerun it locally with kiln replay.

Bun and Deno workspaces

Kiln reads bun.lock and deno.json workspaces natively. No adapter, no config. Mixed repos work too: we tested a 40 package repo with pnpm, Bun and a Rust crate side by side.
